Homeowner appeals will be held at 5:30 p.m. the day of Board meetings.   There will be a limit of two (2) appeals per Board meeting.

Happy New Year -- 2018
*  Your 2018 Board members are:  President - Linda Johnson, Vice President -  Judy Myers, Secretary -  Joan Dickerson, Treasurer -  Josh Wheeler,  Member at Large - Josh Clark.
*  There will be NO increase in WLOA Assessments for 2018.
*  The On Street Parking Resolution Application has been adjusted to be a one time fee of $25.00.  As you know, our CCR's state you must park in your garage or your driveway.  However, if you complete an On Street Parking Application and are approved you are allowed to park in front of your home with the issuance of a parking dangler to be visible in any car associated with your home parked on a street within WLOA. 
*  All committee meetings are open and each Chairperson extends an invitation to all homeowners within WLOA to attend.  Check the WLOA Calendar for the date, time and place of these various meetings.


Outdoor Lighting
Please remember, per the CC&Rs,  outdoor decorative lighting should be down by January 26, 2018.
Annual Owner Contact Information Form
The annual update of owner contact information is in progress.  The 2018  Owner Contact Information forms are due in the administrative offices by February 28, 2018.  Homeowners who fail to update their information and turn in the forms by the due date face a penalty assessment of $25 per month until the form is received.  Please click this link to fill out the form today if you have not already done so.  2018 Owner Contact Information form.
