Monday - Friday 9:30 to 4:30
(Bookkeeper Hours Tuesday-Thursday 10 to 5:30 p.m.)
The offices will be CLOSED for Thanksgiving.
Annual Meeting will be held Wednesday, January 10, 2018.
Doors open at 6:00 pm - Meeting starts at 6:30 pm.  Refreshments will be served.
Regular Board meeting will follow at approximately 7:45 pm.

Homeowner appeals will be held at 5:30 p.m. the day of Board meetings.   There will be a limit of two (2) appeals per Board meeting.

*  The Board voted to approve the 2018 WLOA Budget submitted by the Budget Committee and we are pleased to announce there will be NO increase in WLOA Assessments for 2018.
*  The Board voted to modify the On Street Parking Resolution Application.  As you know, our CCR's state you must park in your garage or your driveway.  However, if you complete an On Street Parking Application and are approved; the cost is now a one time fee of $25.00.  This will allow you to park in front of your home ONLY on approval with the issuance of a parking dangler to be visible in any car associated with your home parked on a street within WLOA. 
*  All committee meetings are open and each Chairperson extends an invitation to all homeowners within WLOA to attend.  Check the WLOA Calendar for the dates of these various meetings.
*  The Board is seeking your input regarding the steep increase of rental properties within WLOA.   A survey will be sent out the week of November 20th to gather the "temperature" of this issue within WLOA.  Please complete it in a timely manner to have your information included in this data.  There will be a "Listening Session" on December 5th from 7-8:30pm in the Clubhouse where residence of WLOA may speak for 2-3 minutes (no longer than 3 minutes) regarding their concerns or issues on this matter.  
*  The Member-At-Large position is vacant on the Board of Directors. Please consider getting involved and making a difference in the WLOA community.  Any homeowner within the community is eligible to serve. The Board is currently accepting nominations to fill this vacancy and voting will occur during our Annual Meeting.   For more information please contact the WLOA office at 541-752-0239 or fill the Board Nomination form found on the Forms page on this website.  


Fitness Center UPDATE
The long-awaited treadmill is scheduled to be delivered.  The new PreCor treadmill will be delivered Wednesday November 15 in the morning.
