About Us

Willamette Landing is a green-constructed, master-planned community located on the banks of the Willamette River and just a few minutes from downtown Corvallis.  This beautiful riverside community features a variety of Legend Homes, all operating under the Master Conditions, Covenants and Restrictions (CC&Rs) and Bylaws common in a homeowner associated neighborhood.  There are 478 homes built out and sold, with approximately 1200 community members. Our Administrative Office is housed at the Clubhouse/Recreation Center and a Office Administrator is there to assist all homeowners.  The public is welcome to visit and ask questions.

The eight-acre neighborhood includes peaceful walking paths and a centrally located parks with play structures, a covered picnic area, full-sized basketball court, two tennis courts and 4 pickleball courts, restrooms and open play area. Willamette Landing owners have access to the Recreation and Clubhouse Center, which includes a full array of workout essentials: treadmills, two elliptical machines, a recumbent bike, weight machine and free weights. In addition, there are two in-ground exterior pools, one specifically for children. Both pools are typically open from Memorial Day until Labor Day each year. The Clubhouse features two meeting spaces; the larger room offering a full sized kitchen, equipped with microwave, oven, stove and refrigerator for community member use upon reservation.  The smaller of the two includes an open meeting area and a smaller enclosed meeting room.

Residents also enjoy the Willamette Park and Natural Area, a beautiful, wooded 287-acre park that lies along the banks of the Willamette River, and offers boating, walking trails, a year-round Frisbee golf course, and wildlife viewing – a walking getaway minutes from your door. Of course, Willamette Landing is also minutes from Oregon State University, home to the Oregon Beavers, and downtown Corvallis is filled with  bustling, yet down home feeling restaurants, local breweries, a river-walk, skate and dog park. Residents are sure to find an array of unique clothing boutiques, fine furniture stores, gift shops and galleries, all within walking distance.
