Recreation Center

RECREATION CENTER FACILITIES

Willamette Landing Owners Association (WLOA) maintains the Recreation Center for the enjoyment of owners, residents and their guests.  Amenities include two pools and the Recreation Center, which houses the WLOA Office, two Meeting Rooms and a Fitness Center.  The Recreation Committee oversees administration and operation of these facilities. Access to Clubhouse amenities is through the key card issued to your property. Key card replacements are $50 prepaid.  Any issue associated with the Recreation Center should be sent to the Rec Chair, at RecCenter@wloa.org, or Admin@wloa.org.

Clubhouse Meeting Rooms

These rooms may be reserved by Resident Owners for events on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • The Large Space (capacity 50 persons) contains a kitchen with a cook-top/oven, refrigerator/freezer and a dishwasher. Cleaning supplies are provided; users provide dishes and kitchenware. The furnished and carpeted living/dining room has a gas fireplace, table and benches for 6 and furniture that accommodates an additional 14. Stored in the closets are 3 round and 2 rectangular folding tables and 38 stackable chairs.
  • The Small Spaces (capacity 20) There are two rooms adjacent to our WLOA Office. One seats six persons and includes a fireplace and soft furnishings. One other carpeted room includes a room suited to meetings, study, or games for 4 to 6 persons at its round table.

An acceptance of a reservation does NOT permit the use of the Pools or the Fitness Center. Review the Meeting Room Rules, and the Meeting Room Clean-up Checklist.

Reservation Requirements
Reservations can be made 3 months in advance. Booking requests which are repetitious shall be limited to one calendar month at a time. On the first day of each month repetitive bookings for that month may again be booked provided the chosen day and location are available.  Owners not seeking repetitive bookings are not constrained by the one-calendar month stipulation.

      To Reserve an Amenity:
  • Click on 'Reservations' from the Homepage Menu.
  • Under 'Select Amenity', you may choose either the Large or Small Meeting Room.
  • A series of Calendars will pop up. Click on the date you have chosen to check for availability and times by scrolling through the time table.  (Please note:  If there is a section on the calendar that is already reserved, the system will not allow you to select that time frame).
  • Click anywhere in the timeline of that daily calendar and complete the reservation form that pops up with all the details requested.  Once completed, click 'Submit' and your request is immediately sent to the Administrative office for review and approval.
  • Expect to receive two emails, the first will indicate that your request had been received, the second will advise that your reservation has been approved and confirmed on the Reservation Calendar.
The Fitness Facility

The Fitness Center is open from 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. daily.  All persons using the Fitness Facility do so at their own risk. WLOA assumes no responsibility for accident, injury or loss of personal property. For additional pertinent information review the Fitness Room Rules.

Pools

The WLOA pools are for the use and the enjoyment of owners and residents. To increase this enjoyment of all attendees at the pool, please review the updated Pool Rules and Swim Attire.

The pools are open from Memorial Day through Labor Day and are accessed by an authorized key card.  All who enter the pool area do so at their own risk. There is no life guard. Pool Monitors are on duty during anticipated times of heavy usage. They wear official pool monitor shirts for identification. All pool users are expected to abide by Pool Rules and the Monitor's direction. Any issue associated with the Pool Complex should be sent to RecCenter@wloa.org or Admin@wloa.org.
