BOARD DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 
The Board represents the owners of Willamette Landing Owners Association (WLOA) in all business dealings related to the running of our community.

What are the duties of the Board of Directors:
  • Arrange for the care and upkeep of the commons areas.
  • Set the amount of and collect HOA fees each year.
  • Prepares a budget each year and approve expenditures for landscaping, utilities and maintenance of common areas, as well as business management services for the Community.
  • Enforce all codes, covenants, restrictions, resolutions and policies of WLOA.
  • Regulate, plan, arrange for and approve all landscaping; architectural improvements, usage of the commons areas, and all questions concerning maintenance, repair, improvements, changes, or additions to the commons areas; 
  • Secure insurance as may be necessary or advisable
The Board meets monthly to conduct community business.  Meetings are held the third Wednesday of each month, beginning at 6:15 p.m.
 
Residents are able to view the details for upcoming meeting dates and times at any time on the front page of the WLOA website and by clicking on the Calendar links. 
 
Please note that the Board also hosts an annual meeting for owners and residents, during which important decisions are made, and Community information is provided.  Owners and residents are encouraged to attend and participate in Board meetings by sharing ideas, comments, and suggestions, as the Board more than welcomes all Community input.
