We currently have vacant Committee positions – for the Recreation Committee and for the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) (see details below).
Per the Committee Compensation Resolution, committee member compensation is equivalent to 50% of one month of homeowner’s assessments (not to include alleyway and cul-de-sac assessment) for each month they complete a function. The Recreation Committee has two vacant positions. This committee is responsible for overseeing the facilities at the Recreation Center (Clubhouse, Fitness Room and Pool) in coordination with the new Facilities Manager. Duties include:
Assist with the Recreation Center facilities repairs, maintenance and replacement needs.
Assist with overseeing pool operations.
Assist with the review and evaluation of Recreation Center related contracts.
Serve on-call to respond to Recreation Center after hour’s issues.
Review and update Clubhouse, Fitness Center and pool rules.
The ARC has two vacant positions. The ARC is responsible for maintaining the aesthetic and structural integrity of the association and enforcing architecture related Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions. Duties include:
Annual inspection of the front exteriors for maintenance and cleaning.
Review of homeowner ticket requests for exterior structures, modifications, additions or architectural changes in order to ensure compliance with the CCRs.
Promulgate guidelines to support implementation of the CCRs to maintain a cohesive, clean and well-maintained appearance throughout the community that helps preserve property values.
